After careful consideration, I think the most annnoying part of this - beyond the accusations of fascism, the innuendo about Tom's financial pecculation and the comparison of self to Socrates, being forced to drink hemlock by the evil and facist... um... Athenian democracy of ... uh... the dictatorial... um... other members of Barbelith - is debate or leave yourself. Because, of course, answering somebody's questions at length is not a valid response. Oh no. Addressing concerns is what fascists do. Truly free-spirited, free-speaking peoples would agree unconditionally. Anything else is clearly a sign of false consciousness or an attempt to cover up vast financial malfeasance.
