Just to warn everyone... I think I accidentally stumbled across a major spoiler on The Moon Online (I know, I know... I was bored, alright?). For obvious reasons I'm not going to tell anyone what it was, and I'm hoping it was just speculation, but I wouldn't read their Dr Who thread just in case.

One of today's nationals had the BBC warning Who fans to stay off the internet until Saturday, as they anticipate maximum spoilage. (Funny how they care about it NOW, but didn't give a shit when they were making the trailers, hmm?)

Whatever happens, the Doctor is going to need to do something pretty spectacular, I mean there's what? 200 ships? And each one chock full of Daleks.

In Invasion Of Earth (again! possibly the most mentioned film on this thread), they used a magnet underground to suck the Daleks down a mine shaft. They were shooting backwards screaming. It was awe inspiring.

I really feel sorry for anyone attempting to avoid spoilers on this last episode - I recommend closing the curtains, staying at home and not consuming ANY media until saturday night - NEWSPAPERS are an absolute no-no (tabloid and broadsheet) Todays Guardian contains spoilers.

To reiterate what's already been said, AVOID THE NEWSPAPERS! I was innocently flicking through the Guardian and got hit with two massive spoilers all at once!

I've been trying so hard to avoid them too.

Still, at least two more seasons of Who have been confirmed so that's good.

It's VERY bad news for me... I have to read the fucking things for a living! The Times also has a major spoiler today, which is even mentioned IN THE FUCKING HEADLINE so there's no escape. They chucked it in in the late edition just to catch me off-guard.

WOW... do... not... read... the papers. I'm not being smart or coy but very serious.

It may not ruin your experience this Saturday but it will take away from it. The papers I scoured briefly gave away details which I was frankly shocked to see.

So again this is not reverse psychology. I really am trying to stop anyone who, like me, figures it won't ruin anything to look at a paper or online (y'know, idiots like myself

Heh. Just looked at the BBC's official Who website now (which obviously I've been avoiding)... nice Dalek sample, and big "AVOID THE INTERNET!" warning.

The few spoilers I hadn't managed to avoid didn't really do a lot to ruin it, either... my mad paranoia at work ("this page has Who on it- YOU fucking read it, I'm not going to") seems to have paid off! Pah. We'll see who they call a mentalist NOW!!!

Mickey's latest entry on the "Who is Doctor Who?" site is quite amusing...
