I googled! It is indeed OOAK (One of a Kind, a new acronym I learned today) but it is also part of a thriving subculture of "reborn artists", people who make baby dolls (from kits, I think, but they're highly customized). (Sidenote: as the article warns, there are impostors in this as in any art form Don't get too excited, though: when she says 'horror reborns' she doesn't mean all Gothy 'n' stuff, she just means that they're a bit rubbish).
