Just came back from dinner with lilly and TangoMango, who are a constant reminder that friends are the most valuable commodity ever created. Reminder to self- whenever everything looks crap, spend time with your friends.

Other than lilly, who was there, I'm not entirely sure anyone on this board other than possibly Alex's Grandma will realise quite how ace that is.
From the account given to me last night by Lilly, it really does sound great, and I would have been there but for it being my turn for a night in with our dear child. But you know what? It makes me really happy that Lilly got to see Jarboe (and you did too, of course), and to go out for the night as well.
Oh yes, and Jarboe's album has got Edward Ka-Spel as a guest vocalist on one track, as well as further collaborations with Blixa Bargeld and David J, among others. That makes me happy too. |
