the nerdy A/V club kid who ever so improbably gets to hang out with the cheerleader
Actually, it's been covered in episode one, where the cheerleader tells him she'll talk to him in front of other people in school the next day. That, apparently, was the payment for the service he provided for her (taping her self-destructuve shenanigans).
The show has interesting enough characters, the acting is good, and the script, well, give them some time to introduce all the characters. From then on, it'll become less frantic and jumpy, I'm sure. |
