Ooops, Sorry stoatie, missed your post - Mrs The Ball and I were chatting on the phone just now about dates for weddings and about when to move where etc - she was as grand as ever, thank you. She wants to be a spring bride, so we have something to do away from our birthdays (her October, me Novemeber, so we've got the autumn to winter period sewn up between us).

Meccano rules. My dad used to have really old Meccano, and instead of the little yellow electric engine for it, he had a fuck-off industrial-looking one which actually used petrol. It was cool.

Did you watch it in a cinema, Benny? It's way more effective that way, like most films I suppose. But yeah, you have to be prepared for a very looooong film. And you have to bring more to it than you take from it, if that makes any sense. And even if it doesn't.

I think I'll drink some red wine tomorrow. I have a bottle at home!
