That's not a copyright. I would go so far as to say that you cannot copyright an adjective-noun combination unless it is a registered trademark, such as "Barefoot Doctor". Even then, the absence of anything resembling a profit motive or an attempt to defraud would make the issue legally complex. You may want to talk to a lawyer about this before making specious legal threats. We've had this on Barbelith before.
Near as I can tell, what you have been doing here is harrassing another member of Barbelith who has not actually done anything wrong, legally or (unless you can demonstrate somehow that he "stole your name", rather than that he went through a process of simultaneous inspiration using the building blocks of the English language) morally, who has attempted to accommodate you despite your rude, childish and threatening tone and who at this point would be entirely within his rights to tell you to piss off and stop stalking him.
Frankly, if anyone needs moderation here it isn't zoot_suit. Or should I say... Paranoidwriter? |
