Please, please, help my parents out with their real estate issues. Now that they've sold their house, please make sure that their bid on the lovely house vacated by the couple that moved to New York is successful. Also, make sure that any potential issues/problems with the conditional offer made to the Asian couple will be resolved successfully and amicably (i.e. no hard feelings and/or legal problems). In return for fulfilling both of these two requests, I will devote all of the following to you:

-vegetable soup with stonewheat crackers
-lemon pepper fishsticks
-vegetable cheese pie (has one of your fave's, brocolli)
-praline ice cream
-my homemade apple bread pudding (yummy!)
-watermelon

AND

some chocolate covered cherries and peanut butter flavored kit-kat bars.

I may not be able to eat of the above in one-sitting, but I promise to eat each item today.
