Well the Sun tells me this morning (that's the newpaper, I haven't been doing any divination on Big Brother) that things are turning around and everyone is loving Jade and she becoming the favourite to win it.

I want Tim to win, him going on about how he must be a "nice guy" in the diary room was great.

i heard that this is the last time that the housemates are nominating. does that mean the british public has to vote between four favourites? if so, thats a bit odd. is that what happened in big brother one and two (didn't see either)?

Having said that, her continuing unveiling of new and horrifying facial expressions is startling, and possibly worthy of a prize in a gurning competition.

Tim's on telly now. I want to kill him.

Apparently, it takes him five minutes to put his contact lenses in. He can't see to roller skate round a circular room without them, but can find his way to the diary room without a problem. He believes that he's being discriminated against. He sees life in the house as 'roughing it'.

Eviction night. Nice tall tower. Sniper sight.

Alex/Tim slash can only be around the corner.

"Ohhhhh, Tim..."
"Ohh, Alex..."

..and later...

"Don't worry, Tim. If you hold on to me you'll be fine. I'll go nice and slowly for you."

"Coloured girl"? Urrgh - my racist Grandad's terminology. Anyway: yes. He did.

"Cunt"? He gets you RILED doesn't he? That's okay, he gets me riled too. Yep, the diary room bit pissed me off, but not as much as when he came out and BLAMED BB for his little contribution to the group's failure to complete the task. Alex had already provided him w/ a way of joining in w/out the contacts and was there a good reason why he took them out in the first place when he must of known what the consequences would be? Oh, they must hate him so. Even special slashmate Alex.

Seems everything went mad last night occurding to the BB website, or at least Alex did and Jade started crying - and Jonny admited that he wasn't being himself - its all kicking off.

Having caught BB for the first time in a while I can now see why Tim is disliked. What a horrible outburst in the diary room. Is that pressure or is that just him...actually reminds me of a few people at my old University...

It is funny how Jade and Tim cope with the pressure. They have both heard "shouts from over the wall". Tim seems to be losing it completely, and who wouldn't be nervous at the prospect of an Adele style scarred-for-life baying mob situation, while Jade skips on oblivious.

Actually I find it funny that Tim cannot get over "the shouts from the outside" ( what did he expect might happen?), and even funnier that Jade may actually win because both Tim and Alex can't take the pressure anymore.

Of course if it comes down to Jade vs. Jonny, I think we know it's all about Jonny.

It's going to be Jonny, I think... I think Jonny's the only one who's not indulged in backstabbing and been honest about who he likes to hang out with, right? Kate may be likeable, but she's voted for Alex every time she's had a chance, and ever since Spencer left she's flirted with him non-stop. Remember 'Follow The Van'? And they were dancing awfully close at Wednesday night's 70's party...

I suspect Kate's voting for Alex has something to do with his sustained unpleasantness to her in the first week, as encouraged by the ever-repellent Sandy - and waking her from sleep by tearing "his" duvet off her near-naked body was pretty near unforgivable.

I think the 'flirting' thing is immensely overplayed also. It's a criticism levelled at at least one BB female every year and it's usually pretty unfair. Kate herself insists she's only flirted with Spencer, and I think that's true. Other than 'Follow The Van' (which was more of a joke shared by several housemates) I really haven't seen this supposed "non-stop" flirtation with the 'modoo'.

And Jonny? Well, yeah, I'd be happy enough if he won but don't you remember the interminable Boys' Bedroom discussions of Alex, post-WeeGate? Not exactly "backstabbing" but very gossipy...

Am unconvinced, Ganesh. Gotta be Jonny, Jonny, Jonny! And if he does chin Alex within the next week, it must definitely be Jonny! But if it were to be Kate, I'd not feel too cheated.

So looking forward to tonight's re-enactment of the closing scenes of Patrick Süskind's Perfume as Tim takes the perilous Walk Of Shame and Davina tries to protect him from the foam-flecked lynch mob.

I thought the 'sustained unpleasantness' was in the second week?

Maybe you're right... the 'flirting' allegation may not be fair. And I only usually get to watch the half-hour edited 'highlights' in the evenings. Either Kate or Jonny would do for me. Kate certainly seems to have come further out of her shell since Spencer left... I used to think she was a lot more boring.

But Alex was hilarious in the big ruckus on C4 last night (Wednesday night in reality). All I saw from Jade was a lot of drunken inchoat screeching. Poor old Kate/Jonny really got it in the neck... and curiously, C4's editing didn't show Alex telling J/K that the disagreement wasn't their fault, but had come out of Jade misunderstanding something he's said when telling her how much he disliked her... just him giggling in the bedroom while they all screamed at each other. Partisan? BB? Nah...

They're appealing on the radio for the crowd to stay silent and turn they're backs when Tim leaves, I think that would freak him out more. Johnny will win but I'd rather Kate or Alex did.

That would be excellent, Young New Mexican Bear! Can't see the excited rabble being that disciplined but it would be marvellous tv if they managed it. Expect the C4 crowd whipper-uppers will be out working the crowd into a frenzy before the eviction though.

I am truly ashamed of myself and, no doubt, generating an evil karmic rebound but - ho ho ho!

Bookies rating Tim's eviction a 50 to 1 certainty. And Kate now their favourite to win the whole thing, according to digitalspy.
