theres really no "set up", as of yet
heres the plan, so far (most of this is a repeat, sorry):
I AM and I are driving up from maryland some time on friday, and will check into the brooklyn marriott
whoever wants to stay is welcome. just let us know youll be there in advance, contribute what you can if you can (money, food, drink, music, your company, all of the above). dont worry about it if you cant.
if you come in a group, be discreet - send everyone into the lobby or somewhere they wont be readily noticed and get the room info. or call in advance - Ill give you my name so you know who to ask for. I cant speak for I AM, but Ill be spending most of friday in the room, and wont be venturing out much.
if you are only coming to the saturday night party, you should come around 8. any earlier and I cant say anyone will definitely be there. again, be discreet.
I think checkout is 11 or 12, so well be ditching the room around then, but may or may not stay in town later (still havent talked to I AM on the details) |
