Y'know,
I believe that I am a bonafide thread killah or a different sort. While I may not strike the last blow, my post is the death blow. Someone after me in the mob may kick a thread in the ribs, or stomp on its kneecap. Truly though, I'm the one who -- to continue the metaphor -- steps on its esophagus.
So, my friends, keep kicking and stomping. But know that this post -- here -- is the one that really struck the death blow.
I realize that this is a hard thing to substantiate, especially because you are, even now, losing interest in this thread and will likely leave it alone within a day or so. However, at this very moment, there is another example of my handiwork in Conversation: The "PICS" thread. I was the last to post a photo on that thread, I believe. And while there were a couple posts after me, it is sputtering to a halt and sinking down down down. |
