I want to see that movie. Cube that is. And the sequels. Hyper Cube and Cube Zero.

I agree with Nina. Sleep is the best medicine, according to my Barbelith cliche machine here. Seriously dude, it's going to be ok. I promise.

There should be a barb-cliche machine thread

Don't start. There are probably enough new-style hyper-geeks on board to make that a reality, now.

Haus of Mystery

Settle down lateshifters - american Psycho 2 has started.

Very unpromisingly.

Brigade du jour
22:58 / 22.04.05
Slightly, there's clearly nothing any of us can really say that's going to make you feel better. Fuck monogamous love, man. It's bollocks anyway. That I really do promise.

Brigade du jour

This movie sounds ace. Apart from the absence of The Lovely Donna From That 70s Show, of course. Who else is in it? Names, please!

hvae you ever felt this pain

Yes. August 20th 1997, about 12:30am outside the Twelve Bells in Cirencester. It fucked me up for years.
About August 2001, I realised I had wasted years keening over someone that hadn't even realised I gave a shit about her in the first place, and even if she had, it wouldn't have made a difference. We've all done something similar at some point.

Mila Kunis/ William Shatner. At least the cat survived. Do you think the cat will eat her? Probably cats r like that.. hmmm.

Haus of Mystery

This movie has that just better than TV Movie vibe big time. Lame 'first death' syndrome, and a fat red herring to boot. Stakes is low.

Slightly, there's not much I can say not knowing your full situation (and it's not our place to know anyway) but I will say this.

You need to get some perspective on this. Listen to Nina. You're owe it to yourself to approach this whole situation rationally, and right now you don't seem able to do that. Get some sleep, take a step back and breathe. Regardless of what does and doesn't happen in this whole situation, you will never be able to tell if it's a good thing or a bad thing until all the facts are in, and that takes a long time indeed. None of us know what we need or want in life. Ultimately, that's not for us to decide anyway.

You didn't miss the big snake, cube.

Steve's waiting for you, wearing nothing but a smile.

Brigade du jour

But Anaconda needs us too. It's like The Force.

Btw Mel? You put it sooooo much better than I could. Thanks.

Wait what was all that SteveBenFox stuff about it really confused me?

Hey Lateshifters! Since you're all here go and check out the comics forum, for my shameless plug of the comic I produced, Beau & Me. I'm not sure how often you head over those parts, and I'm awful proud of it,

OK, back to the movie people. And I want guesses as to the identity of the killer.

Brigade du jour

Nice plug, MacGyver. Went right up my butt.

(tootles off to Comic Books)

I dont get all these movies you people are watching... the only thing on is Baseball.

Shrug
23:16 / 22.04.05
I like the way it goes for lighthearted serial killer comedy... "killing for a better tommorow" "sort of like Robin Hood".

Papess
23:16 / 22.04.05
Oh my, this game is hilarious, yet educational! I love it!

Spermicide.

Saint Keggers
23:17 / 22.04.05
That looks double+good MacGyver! If I order one will it be signed?

Haus of Mystery

Annoying 90's editing techniques and general smart-arse tone is beginning to grate a little tho'

Keggers - baseball? You must be from the Western Lands. Correctimundo?

Saint Keggers
23:18 / 22.04.05
Ahhh robin hood. Hasve I ever mentioned how amazing Rocket Robin Hood was?
