Well the new wine is white and red seems to need longer to age. So, while Im sure the red will eventually surpase the white, at this moment the white is nice

I really only leave my reds to age the barest of the barest minimum, (about 4 weeks). They should be left at least 4 months but I seems I drink faster than I brew. Strange that.

Yeah, Dita Von Teese is a good way to go, at least in terms of frank imitation. (Useless factoid #12 in a continuing series: back in my youth as a starving arts student one of my first professional gigs was designing corsets for Dita Von Teese.)

But that is kinda like the modern-day Elvis being a really, really good Elvis impersonator who's just sharpened the edges and polished up the finish.
