Yeah, that pretty much covers it, Saxy. Your opinions are drivel. Sorry, but that's sort of it. We are hoping for a better level of discussion, and you are not providing it, and are not providing it in an unusually aggressive, rude and stupid way. The "Fathers 4 Justice" thread is a good example - you start by making it clear that you have no interest in talking to people who don't agree with you. You then spout unsupported nonsense for about six pages before finallly being brought to bay by people prepared to engage with facts, at which point you... Google for "evil child-stealing bitches" and whack in unsupported non-facts or fragments from articles you have clearly not read in their entirety. As it happpens, you also reveal yourself not really to believe that women deserve the same respect you accord yourself (it is not a misunderstanding of your attitude towards feminism that is getting you called a misogynist - it is an understanding of your attitude towards women, one which is rather more subtle than your own). Eventually, you drop out in the face of people who actually have any idea what they are talking about, having tried to squirt enough ink out of your arse that the average run of people you meet on ladiesnolikeyBBS would be bamboozled.
If we look at your contribution to the thread on Google in China, we see something similar. Giving the lie to the old maxim that opinions are like arseholes by ahving several, you again fart out a glorious serenade of opinion without once bothering to find out anything about what is actually going on. Faced with any sort of factual information, you respond just as you did in "Fathers 4 Justice" - by getting snippy, passive-aggressive and defensive.
You vary your routine in the Islamophobia thread by trolling a supplement of fact (in this case regarding the location of Ethiopia) to an opinion not even yours, so that you can keep trying to insult me even when I am ignoring you. You have become what we call a de facto troll - somebody whose contributions are so poor that they have the same effect as somebody setting out to ruin threads, just by dint of being incredibly dim.
As it happens, you also reveal some very dodgy ideas about women and furriners in these threads, and make it clear that you have no interest in examining them. But hey, who's counting?
If you are indeed a writer, I can only suggest that you concentrate on one of two skills often ascribed to that noble breed - either research or learning how to use capital letters. Either of these skills will improve your writing. One in particular may improve your experience of Barbelith. |
