Well I can't even remember any quotes from Real Genius so ten points to you!

I was pushing that question at work, but everyone was more interested in looking busy.

I just know what everyone does when "Wanna be Starting Something" comes on.

The only resource I have for Real Genius quotes comes from and old pal I haven't talked to in a bit. I don't know if breaking through those barriers is worth the booty on the other side.

Usually I run over a couple of pedestrians then spack my motorbike into a lamppost.

(I only ever hear it on the Vice City soundtrack these days.)

True Stoats. Goes particularly well with V.C. Now I'm getting the urge to do more than play it in iTunes.

Fucked me up when I first played VC - I kept thinking 'what's that, I know that' every fifteen seconds and crashing the car.

'Yankee Rose' by David Lee Roth. Brilliant.

Beyond the chorus though, I have seen some scraps tie their wrists together and go at each other with stilettos.

No way, man. "I Ran" by A Flock Of Seagulls. Takes me right back to a particularly undortunate hairstyle I used to have...

See ya...

So Stoats, how's the hair looking present day? I just got over the need to clip my hair every 3 weeks and got over the hump to somewhat manageable hair. It'll be interesting to see where this goes.

At the moment the hair's frighteningly sensible- fairly short, dyed ginger (yes, ginger) and a bit spiky. I was Shaun of the Dead for Halloween and haven't had a chance to rectify the spoky sensibleness.

Sounds about right. I don't think I'd be trying to go anywhere beyond that for a while.

I never really wanted to go anywhere else with the hair since I'm basically pretty lazy with those kinds of things. Same pretty much goes for tattoos. I don't really see it affecting the work situation, but I don't have that kind of hair support I had back in art school. Plenty of girls with extra hair dye trying to make something different happen.

One good thing coming this Christmas, beyond the chocolate and peanut butter balls my gram makes, is a little sound system that's been a long time coming. I just couldn't keep stopping myself from buying anything but an occasional PS2 title. Will be nice to hook it up to the consoles and give the 5.1 a whirl. V.C. as well as some Silent Hill should do the trick. Surprisingly affordable for the sound... for those considering such a purpose, look to Logitech's wares.

Ah, but as soon as lilly's got some free time, I'll be getting something more interesting done hairwise. ossibly the Bagpuss sripes again- I liked those. And working nights means they don't give a shit what I look/dress like.

I miss the freedom to do stupid things with my hair. I've had to keep it reasonable for this job and (one hopes) the next. But everyone knows that the mohawk is Nature's Perfect Haircut. Preferably blue.

I was tempted to shave a mohawk and do a Taxi Driver for Halloween but ended up being given a simple solution to work with and kept what I had.

Hair has more often been my enemy than friend, so the going's been rough. I do happen to keep good hair when it gets really long, but I had plenty of time thinking about other things then and generally emerged only for class.

Man has i already been almost five years since college? *Drops mic*

I'm just lucky I have a professional hairdresser for a friend, otherwise I'd never bother.

That's pretty fab. The closest I get to being around anyone with an interest in hair, is the girl. It seems to be more out of necessity than anything else, though she does make it look good. Not that I ever really paid much attention to it before, but being black and having hair sure seems to be a hassle sometimes. Bedtime prep, curling in the morning, etc. I'd probably would have shaved it by then and good riddance.

I had dreads too, little wimpy caucasian ones. When I cut them off I made the mistake of disecting one to see what was inside.
Ooops.

Yes thass right, I'm back y'all ...

In case anyone's interested, I have two hairstyles. Just two! And neither of them are hairstyled, so that was a misnomer.

I get my hair cut once a year, around March, by a professional at the end of my road who seems very nice. At the moment, therefore, it's kind of shoulder length messy. I wear a hat while outside to keep it out of my face, because if I use a brush it goes all static and irritating.

I think my natural state, however, is to have my hair comfortably long. I'll go bald when I'm about fifty-five if my dad's anything to go by, so I'm taking advantage of lustrous locks while I may.

Sorry, I went on a bit there, didn't I? Gosh I do so love talking about myself ...

Um ... so Stoatie, if I have a vote on your future follicular status it's for Bagpuss.

STOATIE LIEKS CHOCOLATE MILK

Yeah, I kind of liked the Bagpuss. And lilly spent ages figuring out the best way to get the stripes neat, so it'd be a shame to waste that specialist knowledge...

Oh ... shit, maybe we did then. Sorry!

Oh well, Wembley's not the right venue for them anyway. Need to see them somewhere cosier and smellier, like ... I don't know, Hammersmith Odeon? Or as it's now called, the Carling Apollo (my arse ...).
