I've just done some real world stuff. I made a rose out of tissue papers and kirby grips and put it at my mums place, and put a card from a mystery person hanging out the letter flap. My dad got one from an unnamed person, thought it was only fair she got one too. Though the handwriting will probably give it away. As well as;
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
I smell of wee,
and you smell of poo.
Hmm. You would have thought that by now I might have something better to do than write silly rhymes on cards for my mammy.

I've uninstalled all my games until the semester's over... but studying early medieval history has given me an itch to get going on Medieval Total War and have the Byzantines kill the pope... online poker is quite fun though...

Whenever I think of industrial music in the daytime, immediately I think of that Ministry gig my brother has on tape, where Al Jourgenson(sp) and Paul Barker are sitting on stage outside in the sun with acoustic guitars playing Grateful Dead covers... it's quite entertaining really!

I've just read a fucking (unintentionally) wonderful article in the Daily Mail about a dispute between some neighbours, one of which families is called the Squirrels. Suffice it to say, this morning I've had a conversation with my mother (which I was dreading) which actually rocked, a bunch of beers and some Star Wars videogame action. A rocking morning, basically. Now I must sleep, for how else will I be able to be miserable at work again???

just arrived home after being trapped 2 hrs in the traffic because a samba school was doing a rehearsal on the street. that's how it works around here. people who need to get someplace in time? I much prefer british februaries to toasty hotness. I just cant cope with it. Thats probably because whenever Im abroad, Im sharing a room with my mother who cant sleep with air conditioning on. However, the lack of it means I cant sleep well, and when I do, I sleepwalk, talk, sing, or grab for "cheesy pasta...cheesy pasta" at the side of the bed. Its not nice, and I nearly fell down the stairs because of it.

Im so attached to the cold.
