I('ve said it before but) want a mini entitled MASSIVE HEAD WAR!

Just imagine it: all the massive heads - MODOK, The Watcher, The living Tribunal...EGO THE LIVING PLANET! (I'm sure there's more) duking it out for headspace in a cramped, claustrophobic galaxy!

Superb.

"I, Ego, have the largest head of all! Look at it! Look at my head!"

Gaze upoun his head ye mighty and despair....

yawn - thing's buddy

Yeah - MODOK does indeed issue forth quality.

never met him until he popped up on the Ulti-thread.

reminds me a bit of Davros - boos of the daleks.

I got a feeling tho, that MODOK would seriously damage the Dav, probably ripping him clean outta his buggy thing.

really tho, I rekon MODOK is an alternate world Jack Kirby.

You can see that Modok's features are based on Jack's own; the eyebrows particularly.

Modok versus The Mekon. Who would win?

Well..that's the whole point of MASSIVE HEAD WAR: to answer that very question and others like it.

I suppose it could be a crossover event. Why not? If the Fleetway boys are up for it........

Okay, bit o' trivia: before he was M.O.D.O.K., he was M.O.D.O.C..

Now what did the C stand for?

Mobile Organism Designed Only for Cuddling. And then the bad chemicals kicked in, and he turned Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevil.

If it's a crossover event, can we have Prof. Boiffard from 'Madman' and The Metallunians from 'This Island Earth' as well?

In the forthcoming intergalatic head war, can Galactucus play? (I'm asking as I'm his herald this time round). Although his head is in proportion to this rest of his body, it's still pretty fucking big. And he has a massive shiny purple helemt.

I want to see the tale from MODOK's childhood when ingenius use of his enormous head proved to be key to winning the breakdancing competition and saving the community center from being torn down.

Derek, MODOK didn't become MODOK until he was older, as an agent of AIM who was taken and transformed into their living mega-computer. He was so enraged by his new horrific appearance, and killed his masters, taking over AIM and becoming a crazy giant head bent on world domination.

He can go back to school like Adam Sandler or Rodney Dangerfield. Keep the dream of a breakdancing MODOK alive.

The aliens from the Simpsons...Kang and whatsisname, the other one.

They should be in the massive head war, as well.

Who were the two big disembodied floating heads who gave Captain Universe hir powers? Kind of like the heavenly voices at the beginning of It's a Wonderful Life. They should be in the head war, definitely. Or perhaps they should commentate on it for the rest of the Marvel Universe in what would be a slam-bang 12-issue cross-over series: Marvel Superheroes MASSIVE HEAD WARS.

Someone get Jim Shooter on the phone now.

You speak of the Kree Supreme Intelligence.

As far as Marvel aliens with giant heads go, I'm sure that Uatu The Watcher is worth a mention:

I like this line of thinking, moriarty. MODOK gets tired of Killing, leaves AIM, and devotes himself to Klasswork. Night school, don't you know, because he's mopping the 7-11 during the day (those AIM fellas didn't prepare MODOK for the competitive job market). He takes an interest in community service, particularly in helping the kids learning to breakdance at the local community center. With their help, he acquires mad skillz. The community center is in danger of being torn down and now it's up to MODOK's mad skillz to save the day. This would be the most fucking awesome story Marvel ever produced. Just imagine. Page after sumptuous page of MODOK displaying mad skillz. Maybe it it could be a back-up in the MASSIVE HEAD WARS mini?

You know, I just want to say I really like this MODOK drawing. Those arms... his expression, something between boredom and the sudden disposition to, what the heck, just kill some world leaders... that chair. The chair. I bet you can go to every place in your house in that chair screaming weeeeeee all along. "Need coffee - Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!", "Gotta go to the bathroom. Weeeeeeeeee!"

"Gotta go to the bathroom. Weeeeeeeeee!"

Dude... that chair...?

M.O.D.O.K. can go to the bathroom anytime he wants.
