Good lord. Is this what happens when somebody asks about the members of other boards? I mean, someone asked how many people were on another board and instead of a few people asnwering, it becomes a three page thread full of petty bickering and insults.
So the Fade2Black board isn't as "sophisticated" as this one, so what? It shouldn't really matter.
The humor on Fade to Black might be considered more sophisticated at times, but humor is a matter of taste.
We wouldn't want all the boards to have the exact same style, would we? It's a good thing that there are different boards for different types of conversations. However, it can be difficult if people find themselves on the wrong board for what they want, but nonetheless refuse to leave...
Oh - in answer to BK's original question, it was Hui Neng that first linked to here. I have no idea what his username here was/is. I popped in for a bit, then popped out, but you started to make a name for yourself so I felt a bit left out and returned....
I'm a bit puzzled as to why you would need or want me to outline specific reasons why I don't like you. Are my feelings somehow more understandable to you if I give you a long detailed list of examples of why I think yr a couple of half-wits? What exactly would the point be? I would just give you one more thing to get defensive about.
Does it matter that I don't like you? It's not as if yr the only ones. Like most everyone else around here, it's not as though I like everyone equally.
I have no desire to be defensive, I know full well that not everyone in the world is going to like me. I'm just intrigued as to your reasons. However, if you don't feel comfortable expressing yourself, then there's no need to worry about the matter.

I still lurk here, on occasion. Unfortunately, most of what I find here is quite dull, and I'm afraid neither I nor the venerable aussie could muster the energy to inject it with sufficient excitement to raise it to the level which we are accustomed.

Cheers for the pic, EEEO. I think you've just managed to put your finger on exactly why some posters are generally more ridiculed than others (nothing to do with which other boards you frequent, before I get myself embroiled in this whole brouhaha).
At a guess, Thiazi's decided not to get involved in this little playground hair-pulling contest and requested that hir contribution be deleted. Your posts can only be wiped if you or one of the forum moderators requests it. None of the Conversation mods have been active in this thread (that I've noticed; it's all fried my brain slightly).
And without wishing to be critical: It's nice to use a link with a work warning, rather than post an image that might get someone shitcanned if the boss happened by at the wrong moment.
