If series three was really going to be about La Gaga (and I suspect it wasn't), then maybe ... all right, I can't bring myself to say it isn't a shame there won't be a third, but, honestly, Madonna + Marilyn Manson x a decent producer, and that's about your lot, surely?
I expect Cheryl Cole's forthcoming set of bitter torch songs (and we could talk about what should be on there, but I'd begin with lots of Scott Walker, and early Soft Cell; perhaps a sour, ironic version of 'Borderline') will pack more of a punch. |
