| I suspect you are entering your personal login name and password in the prompt box that is actually asking you for the general login and password that gets you access to the server. Because we haven't yet launched, it is still password protected, so before you can login with your user details, you first have to enter the server password information - which you would have been given when you first asked to see the site. Does that make sense? |
