I should really buy some mustard tomorrow, and sandwich fixings. I'm having a phantom taste right now, of strong-sharp yellow mustard.

The book is very good. It takes a little while to get used to the archaic dialogue, being historical fiction, but it's rather fun and amusing and creepy. Some of the descriptions of the witch-examinations are truly unsettling. The action's revving up now. It's narrated by a copy of the Principia Mathematica of all things.

No, but it will keep me occupied until the morning when something can be done about the leak.

Its not a constant leak so I think it may just be rain being blown under the shingles and then travelling down through to the bathroom ceiling. 1/2hr fix at most if there's no rain tomorrow.
