One of my machines has just succumbed to fickle fate and is threatening to burst into flames at any moment too, which isn't what I'd include on my list of 'favourite things that can happen at work'.

So! I’m going to have a bath and I’ve got a new bar of lovely Lush soap, and I put it down and run the bath. And then the bath is ready and the soap is gone! So I turn my room upside down looking for the soap, I literally pick up and look under every. single. thing. in the room, and I can’t find it anywhere and all the time the bath is getting colder and dammit that’s all the hot water I’ve got for today and ARRRGH.

And then I go into the kitchen to get a coffee while I think about this one. And there’s the soap! How the fuck did it get in the kitchen? I haven’t been in the kitchen.

But! I’m clean now. I squeak with cleaninessess.

Ohh, I wish I was languishing in a soapy bath, but instead I have the pleasure of work.

I finish at 7am on Saturday so, after a sleep, some playing with my boys followed by a bottle of amazing wine I've been saving I can relax into many 'Surger' cans of Guinness and Counter Strike: Source.

Sounds like a lovely Saturday, all in all.
