Also doing a lot of EEEEing and grinning lately. Happy. Sober, but still all-over happy. Ah, life.

And EEEEing at the little sprite! So cute! And green trousers! I’d never have thought of green trousers, I would’ve done everything in beige or something like that. Hurrah for those particular green trousers.

Oooooooooooooo. That's niiiice. You'll need to be posting the rest as and when, you understand.

I’d never have thought of green trousers, I would’ve done everything in beige or something like that. Hurrah for those particular green trousers.

Pretty much my thoughts when I was doing the colouring was that I didn't think those were the colours that you would have intended. But I decided that he's the Earth 2 Suedehead, or something. Glad you like the trousers then!

Also.... something you may have seen if you've ever poked around the JE related parts of the wiki..

I can only find wee crap things at the mo.

And, God, that’s fantastic too. I’m going to have to start poking around on the JE sections of the wiki! And now I’m rooting around my computer, and I can’t find anything that I can post in return, gahh. Nothing even remotely recent.

Hey, we've captured toksik! We're holding him hostage downstairs in our dungeon till we get bored. Have to say, for a weegee, he's a righteous dude. And was being cruised in Duckie like it was going out of fashion.

Ttttttt!

Watch your tounge, sir! All weegees are righteous, and while that's blatantly untrue, all weegees on Barbelith are. Though yes, toxic he certainly isn't.

I maaaaaaaaayyy have to head to bed now too. Or to fridge. We'll see how it goes.

Anybody out there?

I'm trying to tidy up whilst playing street fighter 3. Street fighter appears to be winning.

I'm gonna start tidying again real soon though.

right after this ciggy and the boss, and maybe a cup of tea.

jeez, that was horrid.

Have you seen Crank? i went to see it earlier today (yesterday...) and it was soooo funny.

other than that... it's very early here and i'm forcing myself to stay awake for no good reason.

how about you?

Saint Keggers
02:40 / 02.09.06
I've not seen Crank. It's Friday, 11:38pm here. So its still early enough. Apart from plans falling through this evening things are quite good.

02:48 / 02.09.06
time zones eh? crazy.

Crank is a film about Chev Chelios; a man who has been given a poison which causes his adrenaline gland to shut down. In order to stay alive, he needs to keep himself in a constant state of action, panic and danger.

As you might imagine, this premise leads to general times-ten awesomeness.

If you don't believe me, watch the trailer at the website. Marvelous.

Oh I belive you. Ive seen the commercial. It looks good but mot good enough to shell out 12$

Hi Saturn's Nod.

I'd debate that $12 matter,, but i'm not sure what $12 dollars is worth...

And i suppose it depends whether you like to pay to exercise your god-given right to 'ironic' enjoyment of crazy action films or not..

But you have to promise me that you'll at least watch it when it comes out on dvd. Or at very least, you'll d**nl**d it...

aaand, I think I will make some baba ganouj, since I have luscious aubergines. I think it's still too early for using the sewing machine to be socially acceptable so maybe dvds are the way towards entertainment in the short term, (since I have too little brain to do anything more useful).

Saint Keggers
02:58 / 02.09.06
12$ is just under 6 pounds (i think)

petunia
02:59 / 02.09.06
baba ganouj sounds like a character out of a studio ghibli film. I bet it tastes really nice.

03:02 / 02.09.06
ahh. yeah. cinema tickets cost around that much over here, too. but i'm lucky in that i still have my student card and i have yet to form a proper understanding of the prudent spending of money.

and on that shocking note, i must away.

at least for an hour. maybe more.

fondant regards

Hi Keggers and trampetunia - laters, 'petunia.

Although, I am thinking about later today: what kind of references might a local council area planning meeting want? Will it be sufficient if I just go and do charismatic/enthusiastic word pictures about sustainable future and energy descent planning, or do you think they'll be wanting to see harsh numbers and nice printed words? I imagine it will be a mixture of cherished officious local councillors, and local busibodies, with a smattering of the socially incompetent and otherwise unoccupied. I think in the absence of any organizy-motivation I will go unarmed with paper and make a debut on the local political scene with only my naked charm.

Sorry, that's stream of consciousness and not a meaningful contribution. I can only hope you found it slightly diverting, Keggers. I will now dry up and go mumble elsewhere.

Hallo, Paper Spaceboy
04:05 / 02.09.06
Howdy all. Ramping up my brain about Ultimate Fantastic Four and utterly in love with Batgirl at the moment. Strange days.

Work was absolutely dead tonight. I'm so glad to be home again, what with the horrendous hangover from last night STILL BEING IN EFFECT and my head, oh, my head...

petunia
04:08 / 02.09.06
back.

I'm all for naked charm, charisma and enthusiastic word pictures, myself, but it's probably good to have a few harsh numbers and Facts to mix in there. the double-whammy.

What sort of meeting is it? is it one of those 'open-to-anybody because we're just chatting about how people might want things done in five years' time?' things? are you trying to get a few words in for the not-fucking-up-the-world-quite-so-much-anymore gang?

Good on you if you are.

On a totally different note, the card my hospital appointment is printed on is near-perfect roach material. I swear it's some kind of test/trap...

anyone still up?
