Woop! for getting off work.
I'm making yogurt. I have never attempted this at home. I am a little worried that I needn't have warmed the milk first (the recipe I have in a book said to, but then I googled and found different directions), and concerned, in fact, that I in fact warmed it a little too high. Which will, I'm told, kill the yogurt cultures. Well, I guess I'll know in about 8 hours....I may just have funky curdly milk. |
