Hello! My sleep patterns are totally shagged. I slept from about 3 till 8 this afternoon, now I'm watching zombie movies and drinking booze.

Printers are ALWAYS bastards. I've never understood that... they're one of the pices of computer technology that's existed for the longest, but they STILL haven't figured out how to stop them fucking up.

Yep couldn't agree more with you on the printer/copier front. My work one is a multi-size front and back staple your copies together one. It seems to think its better than me. I press a button and it just sneers "Printer error".

Ah, 'twas Day Of The Dead, and currently the appalling (and six quid in the local newsagent's!) John Russo "Children Of The Living Dead". The zombies themselves are good (Savini again) but everything else (script, acting, direction) is bollocks. Although now it's got to the "holed up in a buildoing surrounded by zombies" stage where plot and script matter no longer. It's suddenly got better, in short.

Jake- that makes an awful lot of sense. And it goes a long way toward proving the thesis I had when watching the "NOTLD- 30th Anniversary Edition" (with the shit intro and epilogue scenes)- that John Russo is a prick.

I love his comments about Karen Lee Wolf- that they had to have people distract her so they could actually shoot decent scenes, only to have her fuck it all up in editing.

Must make the movie more enjoyable after reading that- I thought it was hilarious. Go Tor Ramsey.

Yes. I actually feel quite sorry for him after reading that. Twas kind of reassuring that Savini STILL came out of it well, though. I was starting to worry- "Savini appeared in AND did the effects for THAT??? What a whore!!!" kind of thinking was crossing my mind.

I decided that I'm going to quit my job. I shouldn't even be saying this on Barbelith, since it'll just make it easier for people to figure out who I am if they know me (as if they haven't already figured out my identity....aaaargh!). It's sort of sad. I've been working there for a long time (ok, I think 4 and a half years is a long time, but ya know I'm rather young...) and it's a really badass job, but it's for the best that I leave. I don't want to say why I'm quitting it, and it has nothing to do with the job itself. *sigh* for the best, fuckbaked....just remember that.....
