Bonjour. I have been playing computer games all day... wow, that really is all! I tried to post a letter without a stamp. Well, I forgot the stamp, and so I had to go back from the postbox and get a stamp. An adventure, you might say. I danced a little on my own. I watched the OC. Y'know, same old.

All this means is that it's SUNDAY!

I had lunch with old school friend and his wife - rubbed my blackened from football eye - ate some thai food - drank a lot - spoke to Mrs The Ball (TBC) and went all soppy and lovey - listened to music and went on Barbelith...

Slept for a bit. Got stoned, watched a few episodes of Kingdom Hospital. Accidentally bought chocolate with 5% real coffee in instead of whole cherries. Ate chocolate. Had problems getting back to sleep. Turned up to work tired.

Including early Sunday morning? Drinking and the dreaded drunken bus crawl home.

From waking up? Played some video games, set myself up to finally watch a copy of Prince of Darkness on vhs and then got distracted by making food. Had Sunday dinner. Ended up downloading half of the new Justice League series (the Doomday Sanction kicks your face's ass) and National Treasure.

Right now I'm checking my downloads and drinking some green tea mit honey. Yum.

I saw Anchorman on a plane, up until they kicked his dog away. I've been loath to hire it since in case it isn't as good as I remembered it and there was only a little left that wasn't funny. Am I wrong, I mean, AM I?

I think it's a hilarious film. Seriously, I just think it's great. But I'll be honest with you, some people don't agree.

But they are wrong.

I got the special US 2 disc edition DVD for my birthday, which includes an entirely different cut of the film, with a different story. It doesn't really hold together... but some of the extra scenes are as hilarious as anything else ever, so it's a great great bonus.

I've been trying to download a copy of Beck vs Eminem, Loser yourself, but it won't bloody come!

A friend was all excited about getting tickets to Beck's secret gig this week. I said wow, but then thought about how I don't really do anything to try and find out about these things, and realised that I haven't been to a gig gig (ie not just a live pub band) in about eight years.

Astonishingly good as Anchornman is, my current thinking has Will Ferrell in Starsky and Hutch beating Will Ferrell in Anchorman hands down. I like the other guy in Anchorman, Brian Fantana.

Hey, I danced too, but dancing on the spot doesn’t really count as dancing unless you’re hemmed in. (resists temptation to do an ‘in a glass cage of emotioooon’ thing).
