I just remember you trying to help me get out of the house, and i didn't last very long, sooo. It was ok but some of the time it was ridiculous, stuff like afternoons where we'd have 'self motivation' or sticking stickle bricks together to teach us about working on a production line, and shit like that. Fridays aswell, the WHOLE DAY doing jobsearch, which whilst it's good to look for work if you need it, it sucks when you've looked at the good job sites in the first hour and then you have 5 hours to go and your bored to death.
Please don't make me go into the stickle brick thing, it was the THIRD fucking time i've had to go through that nightmare.
Anyway, it was good in a way because we'd get to learn more or less whatever packages we wanted to learn, but i just hate dole courses so much and i felt like a total 'tard, bored and pissed off that i was helping Labour fudge the unemployment figures.
The unemployment figures are probably as low as they are because when people on the dole go on these courses, they are classed as 'employed' so Labour or whoever the fuck can boast about low unemployment figures that are surely better suited to fiction.
I'll find a job anyway, or i'll die trying. Jesus, this should be open source rant MK3! |
