This is what I am going to do now:

I am going to go home(ish) and laze around for a little while and maybe watch some bad evening television. Then I am going to whisk my erm... other person off to the cinema and then I am going to take him out to dinner. This is because I am a romantic fiend and girlpower(peace sign!! Daisydaisy.) and absolutely lovely. Thankyouverymuchforlistening.

oh, you are lovely. can I go to dinner and a movie next?

I'm having a horrible day. can someone else be actively lovely, and maybe make me feel lovely, too?

Hey Wonderful! Why so blue?

Olulabelle
22:33 / 13.10.03
Well. I could. But I'm afraid I'm a little bit boring. And have none of the delight of Anna's romantic-ness.

I'm just angry at my roommate/ex, and just snapped at him. now I feel bad, but he's really irritating the living piss out of me! I'm conflicted! HALP!

and olulabelle, I'll bet my hershey's marshmallow pumkins that you're much more interesting than most.

Hersheys marshmallow pumpkins? Are these a real thing?

Why do I feel an odd need to know about the result of Anna's pre-planned romanticism?

Saint Keggers

Get a bucket of ice cold water and throw it at him, that should make him calm down. If that fails take said bucket and repeatedly bash hm over the head until he's nothing more than a red mush on the floor.*

*Kegboy in no way condones violence (but he does like to watch)

modant, are you dying of relief or stress? and I also want to know about what happened with anna's night. I must know all about your lives, people, out with it!

and yes, they're very real. want one?

Olulabelle
22:57 / 13.10.03
And then do... what? With the red mush...

bitchiekittie
22:58 / 13.10.03

Hey all. It's one in the morning and I just woke up, sketched a horror movie from my dreams, and now I can't sleep.

I suspect the movie's not up to much, either. They're usually not when this happens.

You're all lovely.

Relief. I thought I'd never get that stupid thing finished. Gonna leave it overnight so all the typos can float to the top, then punt it out to some lucky webzine.

I do want one. Yes. Please describe.

I can say I'm lovely in a familial way.

I spent the weekend with both halves of my family, dad's and mom's. Saturday we spent (in the glorious rain) moving a portion of my grandparents' belongings into a small retirement village apartment. They seemed in good spirits. Though James was tired.

Sunday, I went to church with my mother's strickly conservative Lutheran clan and chose for the first time to not take communion. Which, to my surprize and underestimation of my own relatives, received no comment or criticism.

And now I'm going to call the One I LUV.

Congrats to the idea crafters, MC and Nick.

Get 'em, bk.

"Congrats to the idea crafters, MC and Nick."

Beit opposite points of the craft coin that they're on. All the same, good to hear and good lucky-stuff.

Please, please mail me one Bitchie Kittie. They sound LOVELY, and apart from that I am also fascinated.

Are we on opposite points of the craft coin? Why? (Except she still has big stompy boots and I gave mine away because, basically, I looked like a furious gothic smurf and I was surrounded by people like Mordant who looked like strangely perfect visitors.)

I've decided im sick and tired of hearing stories about conjoined twins being seperated. Its time to start joining regular twins.

Kegmeister, you are strange and disturbing.

Everyone else: It's not really a congratulaty thing, s'just a short story. Been writing a bit more lately, which is good.

Nah. We should arrange limb-swaps.

Great. I'll trade my left arm for a oak limb.

I'll give one of my sweatglands for an organ of government. I think I'd look strangely attractive with the entire Inland Revenue poking coyly from my shirt.

A sweat gland isnt a limb!! Dont try to cheat the system!!

Any of you charmers still up? I'm being tormented by dead Russians. Well, dead Russian.

Ethan Hawke
03:57 / 14.10.03
I recommend the judicious application of vodka to dispel dead Russians. But I've just returned from a bar which possessed NO TV, and thus arrived home to the welcome news that the Red Sox edged the Yankees this evening. Undoubtedly, since the bar in question was in Brooklyn, my team affiliation would have caused me trouble if there had indeed been a TV in this fine establishment, but I'm gratified nonetheless.

I'm plodding away at work, while the sun shines outside for the first time in ages! Its actually warm, and here am I toiling away on tedious jobs... *sigh*

the Fool
04:09 / 14.10.03
Why is it that the bar always seems empty when I get here... (voice echoes off...)

Mazarine
04:10 / 14.10.03
Hi fellas. Pouring vodka on this particular dead Russian would be ill-advised, as all I have of him at the moment is a library book, and no vodka for that matter. Just kool-aid.

Congrats Todd. Even upstate, where I think Boston is closer than NYC, I'm still surrounded by Yankees fans. I thus root for the Sox out of pure schadenfreude.

t.F., sorry you're caught indoors. All I can offer is dead Russian wisdom, and kool-aid.

the Fool
04:14 / 14.10.03
Kool aid is good. Dead Russian Wisdom might help with the pain of seeing a beautiful day pass by my window...

Mazarine
04:38 / 14.10.03
In this case, only if you believe in method acting. In which case you are sacrificing the sunny day in the name of a higher art, so that you might feel deeply in your soul the truth of being at work.

Which you are.

So it's kind of pointless, unless you go for that sort of thing. I'm sorry, it's about two days from midterms, and I'm getting disheartened.

the Fool
04:48 / 14.10.03
Ah, the higher art of the truth of being at work... were I actually doing work and not playing messageboards and emailing every 5 minutes perhaps the truth of it all would dawn on me. Perhaps it already has??? I'm on holiday next week. Escaping to Sydney for a debauched week of drugs, dancing and, with luck, loads of great sex. Ah, the way to heal a weary broken heart - shag, shag and shag again...

the Fool
04:50 / 14.10.03
Be not disheartened young Mazarine, the midterms will pass like tissues in a porn theatre!
