Is it just me, or has everyone been particuarly un-nocturnal this week?

If i dont find something to do soon, i'll go mad. No school, no job, not enough time til i go away to get a job, and pretty much everyone else had school/job to go to. Thus, I am left very much on my own and bored until 19th July. Oh. And with no money. In the middle of nowhere. Any suggestions, before i begin to gnaw thru the walls?

Nope, its half 4, i believe its light, but there no windows in here, so currently not watching the grass grow. Though a fantastic suggestion. I'll also paint a few blades, and watch it dry onto them.

Well im near inverness:

Not many things piss me off more (other than people arguing for school uniform, particuarly when staff are not obliged to wear it) than when people say "an historic." Unless they drop their "h"s, its entirely unacceptable grammatically, yet is frequently said by posh people. Either the N, or the H, but NOT BOTH.

I was on the First avenue bus the other day and saw a hair salon, for real, with the name HAIRONYMOUS. I wanted to get off the bus and congratulate the proprietor of that establishment right then and there, but I couldn't waste my $2 like that.

I remain annoyed that I never got to visit Abrakebabra in all its glory.

I guess I'm OK. It's one of my uncles - the one my family's closest to, anyway. He was in hospital for a heart operation, got an infection and it ended up that he'd be too sick to survive it. So he got the immediate family in the room, said goodbye and then told the hospital to turn off the life-support.

That's fucking hardcore. I don't really know waht to say.

So my brother his wife along with my three amazing nieces (ages 4 and 1.5) left this morning to return to the other end of the country. They were here for a mere three weeks. Im soo totally missing my nieces. Spent numerous hours carving, cutting, sanding and gluing a dollhouse for them. They broke every piece of furniture I slaved over. It wa a joy to watch. I think I'm becoming a softy in my old age. (I turned 29 last week)

Bad News: I'm having bureaucracy issues today.
Graduation proved dauntinger than expected. Despite, you know, having taken all the required classes and finishing with them a year ago. Still need to convince the right people to sign the right form, after figuring out who the right people are.
Also, the DMV is giving me a runaround and I need my liscence back inside a month. I'm supposed to be going to Utah, see, to be an assistant director on a film. Except if I don't have a liscence, I can harly drive the director's car out there, now, can I?

Good News:
I found a shoutcast station run by a friend that's kind of good, if monotonous. Darkstep.org
And a friend I haven't seen in something like ten years found me on friendster. And he's doing improv comedy, which seems to be a growing trend in my friends. I'm a bit worried about this one, actually. It may, at some future point, shift into the 'bad news' category. If, you know, every time I see them they insist on prompts for our conversation from random passerby.
