He's also looking like a red x in a white box.. but maybe that's just me. You'd think after 40 years he'd get over Suzanne... but she will feed you oranges that come all the way from China.. so she always sounded pretty cool...

..rambling now. Beer is empty, and I've spent way too much time looking at online personals. Yikes. To bed!

Adios y bonne nuit!

Et une tres bonne soire a toi, Baz.

In the break-up song vein..
If you start to sing this and she looks at you like you should be smothered...it's time to leave. If she joins in...marry her.

Dashing and daring,
courageous and caring,
faithfull and friendly with stories to share.
All through the forrest they sing out in chorus,
Marching along as their song fills the air.

Gummi Bears, bouncing here and there and everywhere.
High adventure thats beyond compare,
They are the Gummi Bears

Magic and mystery are part of their history
along with the secret of Gummi Berry juice
Their legend is growing, they take pride in knowing
they'll fight for whats right in whatever they do.

Gummi Bears, bouncing here and there and everywhere.
High adventure thats beyond compare,
They are the Gummi Bears. They are the Gummi Bears.

Dashing and daring,courageous and caring,
faithfull and friendly with stories to share.
All through the forrest they sing out in chorus,
Marching along as their song fills the air.

Gummi Bears, bouncing here and there and everywhere.
High adventure thats beyond compare,
They are the Gummi Bears

Gummi Bears, when a friend's in danger they'll be there,
Lives and legends that we all can share,
They are the Gummi Bears,
They are the Gummi Bears,
They are the Gummi Bears!

Wow. Just--wow.

I used to watch that cartoon all the time. Fuck, I'd forgotten all about it.

Wow.

I saw the first Dr. Seuss movie tonight at some art gallery, The Sugar Estate, that was in an alley. It was a small space, but there was a pretty cool installation and a neat collection of curio. And the movie was far freakin' out!

I know what yer saying Baz. I didn't recognize it at first, but once I got to the chorus, it all cam e flooding back. Even glimpses of the title animation sequence--mon dieu!

So I want to say "PISS!" It's 9:30 in the morning and I haven't been able to sleep yet. I blame this largely on two things. First, I drank a liter of Dr. Pepper starting at midnight and finishing around 5:30. Damn caffiena dn sugar cocktail. Second, my honey-bunny gets home at 6:15 tonight from being away for three weeks, so I am really looking forward to pickin' her up from the airport. It's going to be a hot one in the old twon tonight, if ya' know what I'm sayin'!

But I wish I could sleep.

Well, I'm back from a gig. And tired. And husky. And hoping that someone still thinks I'm lovely.

I'm sure ze does, Roth. It's not like gigs provide (generally) too much opportunity for romantic fuck-up, unless you like try to stage dive and miss the crowd and end up with several broken bones and a concussed ego. Or something.

Ouchy. I remember a Peaches gig that was a bit weird and discombobulating, but that was in itself not unhealthy or bad.

Anyone else up?

I'm up having finally just finished watching Donnie Darko twice. I came here so i could finally get into the thread in Film & TV - which has been teasing me for ages like some much anticipated Christmas present - But now I'm a bit nervous that it won't turn out to be Hungry Hungry Hippos.

Giving myself a chance to get my head together first.

I am eating ramen and trying to write a paper. On a book that I have read no less than four times, for four different classes, in my college career. Write first, then reward myself with coffee. This is a decent Saturday night for me, too.

Well, the person in question wasn't at the gig. (Ow, my head.) Just getting nervous, that's all.

Zombie Ghost Train are, however, fucking awesome. A guitarist dressed as The Creature From The Black Lagoon, a drummer with mummy-wrappings and a liver-transplanted double-bass player who rides his instrument and went to school with my brother, apparently - that's sheer rock powah.

Good god, I feel old all of a sudden. I unknowingly went to a gig played by my little brother's mates. Sweet Jesus.

Thats it....oh the horror!
They were yelled off stage by one of my friends "You suck!!! Get off the Stage!!" Thats what happens when you try that shit in a metal bar.
They sang: Check The OR! (he replied get off the stage)
They sang: You like it so far? (he replied You SUCK!!)

I like to believe Tom Green cried after that show.

5:39 AM. MOTHERFUCKAAAAAAAAAAA!

What the fuck is going on with me? That's the second night in a row that I've had about half the sleep I like to have. Frankly, if this means that whenever I have a cold I'm not going to be able to sleep properly I might as well just saw off my own head.

Oh well, guess I'll be making another appointment to see my doctor. Won't he be surprised to see me twice in the same year.

(In case you come back 'caue you can't sleep.)

All you can eat sushi sounds great!

Well, I've had a great evening since K got back from being away at her sister's for three weeks. We've had a great evening catching up and, shall we say, getting a little frisky. My sister in law sent two backs with K for me: The Physical Principles of the Quantum Theory by Werner Heisenberg, and Experiments in Topology by Stephen Barr. The former looks pretty heavy duty, but the latter looks really great and not quite as indimidating. It's great to get considerate gifts!

On the flip side, I am currently engaged in what started out as apparently beneficial PM dialogue with Haus, but has now simply become dull and tedious. I won't bore you with the details.

Anyway, I hope you get to sleep Coyote!

AARRRRROOOOOOHHHHHHHHHhhhhhh!
