I had a hideous and horrid day yesterday which resulted in no bed till 6am and wasn't even due to copious alcohol and drug intake or anything fun like that. So then I just felt rubbish and uncommunicative and decided not to inflict myself on you all!

Other than my general lack of oomph in the writing department and the Blogger problem over the weekend the recent months have been generally good, as I said to someone last week whenever my friends say that they're having a difficult time of things my passage through life seems to be quite smooth and vice versa. So please feel free to keep it up.

I had to spend practically all day inside at work. : P Lame on a stick. Stupid job. It was neat to get down my box of summery clothes though. Good thing I didn't wear shorts to work- there would have been a rash of car crashes caused by the reflection off my ungodly pasty legs.

My niece/god daughter has said her first word; "happy". Not mama or dada but Happy. Makes me feel all huggly inside. She pronouces it "hupeee"

Yup she's a baddie alright...has to be the center of attention screams bluemurder if she doesnt get what she wants right away... I've seen her only twice since she was born as she and her sister and my sisterinlaw and brother live on the othen end of the country...a 12hr journey but they'll be comming home in june im soooo damn exstatic!!!
Yeah it is... I hated him when he was here and miss him something terrible now that he's soo far away. And thats 12 hrs by airplane with stops at the major SARS centers. Sars...sounds like something a pirate might get...saaaaars!
