Actually, Sharks In A Pool is my favorite suggestion in a while, because I really, really wanna see what kind of backflips the writer(s) would have to pull to stop the characters from simply getting out of the pool.

Yeah, most of the joy comes from first hearing the title and thinking "That couldn't be real," and then finding out it is. So, if you've been with the title for six months, the film can't really add anything to the experience.

There is a song contest for this film, believe it or not. (Saw it listed in BackStage, a weekly newspaper for actors that lists auditions and such). I don't have the article in front of me; it's at home...do a google search for it. Basically, they want a song and there are $500 in prizes and the winning song will be used in the movie, with appropriate credit given to the songwriter/creator. Do we still have songwriting Barbelithers round these parts??

Just think of the lyrical possibilities...

Yeah, I've noticed that I no longer respond at all to the phrase "Snakes on A Plane". It doesn't seem an implausible name for a film anymore. It doesn't even make me smile anymore. I'm afraid it might have become "very March 2006".

Not until August 18, so if you're out of jokes now, I'd hate to think what things will be like by then. The producers' best hope is that it goes from cool to uncool soon, so that it can make it back to cool again by the time the film actually comes out.
