hmm....well, I don't really know. I mean, I have a job and all....um. Well, people say that it's hard to find good jobs that pay a lot and such in Santa Cruz, and I know that there are a lot of people who live in Santa Cruz County (where I live) who commute to San Jose to work. San Jose's in the bay area, and you have to drive or take a bus on a windy road to get there (I think it's a fun road. there are roads that are even more fun, though, and that don't have so many cops trying to get you for driving fast. they don't go to san Jose though.). Um....jobs in the bay area are pretty good, I think. Shit, I oughta look something up about this. I mean, all the jobs I've ever had are the sort that you don't need much qualifications for. I'm a student. I'm rather young (early 20's. or is it mid-20's yet?). Um.....I recommend moving here. Especially moving to Santa Cruz, even if you have to commute to San Jose. I mean, we've got great beaches and forrests, and the people are really nice. I'm not making it sound all that good, but I really love living here. It's the sort of place where people think they're just going for a vacation, and they end up moving there permanantly, or they think they can go to school in Santa Cruz for 4 years and then leave, but when 4 years is up, they don't leave. At least, I hear stuff like that from people who've moved here from elsewhere, like I have (I grew up in the bay area). The bay area is really cool, too. I like San Francisco a lot, although sometimes it's sort of tiring because it's such a big city and all, if that makes any sense. |
