FYI, "Yankee," to a New Englander, refers to the vile New York Yankees baseball club, the mortal enemies of our beloved Boston Red Sox. Except for people from Connecticut, the front-running bastards. They split their loyalties between the Yanks and Sox, depending on who's in first. When you think "Yankees," think "we have the highest payroll in the league and everyone else should kiss our asses."
BTW, the Sox are stomping them this year, and gave them the worst stomping in American sports history last year.
My Urban Dead characters are kicking ass lately. Some dick (a human) tried to kill my soldier, but I sorted him out with my shotgun and dumped his sorry carcass outside the police station. That game rules.
Really, though... "banana butty?" Does that somehow sound more appetizing if you're British? |
