What is wrong with you people? Why don't you read the sodding FAQ which I took the trouble to make for you? Then you wouldn't have to keep sending me PMs asking questions to which THE ANSWERS ARE ALREADY AVAILABLE.

No, you don't have to stay on the list if you want to be removed on the next update.
YES YOU HAVE TO PM ME YOUR DETAILS IF YOU WANT TO GET ON THE LIST. (I thought this one was obvious, but the number of people who have asked this question...!)
I'm sending out the new version tomorrow afternoon (British time). If you're very very quick and PM me your address details in the correct format tonight, I may even have time to squeeze you onto the list before I send it off tomorrow.
