It's relatively late here. It's five past ten, which would be lateish in England. However, on reflection it's not really late here, some of the bars don't even open till 8. Kids stay up until midnight. I've been dragging home on the night-bus and gone past a playground full of children, all up and having a lark. So while it is England late here relative to England, it is not actually late.
