I's not ripped, mostly because my work makes it hard for me to eat anything decent...and I am unable to stick to it closely. I'm is much better shape than I used to be in, but I still have a ways to go.
It's weird...most of the people my age (late 30's) that I know seem to be having all kinds of medical problems, but I'm doing quite well. It has to be because I hit the gym semi-regularly and at least attempt to eat right. And I can bench press 175 for 4 sets of 12, so I must be doing something right.
But 14 hours days and eating crap food in my car doesn't help with looking like I should be on "Muscle and Fitness" magazine. |
