Oh yeah...that one was re-run this weekend. The first song they did was "Rock Lobster", which is just one of most fun songs ever...and the second was pretty bad. Easy to see why they stayed a fringe act, IMHO.
The whole show had a lot of anger on it, I thought, with a LOT of jabs at John Belushi, who had left for a Blues Brothers movie before that season started.
Yea. I'm going through a LOT of SNL nostalgia lately. The first five years was my Comedy Rosetta Stone. |
