Oh, you'd be surprised about people giving a fuck over the catBeast I think.

I like it best, but then I always like GM ideas best.

Except this week. This was the best in a very good week.

Uhm, surely nobody knows what's going to happen either way, so it's best not to stick to yr guns either way about the whole powers thing?

Totally glad that Colossus is back, that was so amazing to see him. The local comic shop didn't get enough of issue 3 so i've had to wait what seemed like aaaages for this, i was gutted seeing the threads and not being able to click on them, especially when i saw the thread saying that a major new character was coming back.

Then i click on the fucking Marvel homepage and see a big picture of half of Colossus's face and something saying HE'S BACK! I was gutted that i'd had it spoilt! Anyway i'm happy that Joss has got it flowing, i thought that it would take until about issue 4-5 but when i read #3 i thought he already had it working for him. Two really well written issues and am looking forward to the next.

While i'm here can i just ask how Colossus died/was supposed to have died last time?

Oh yeah, the scene with Ord at the mansion, i thought that was classic Whedon too, brilliant stuff.

He died by injecting himself with the cure for the Legacy virus; propagation of the cure required him to die for bogus-scientific-dramatic reasons.

It's good to see that the resurrected version doesn't have the cheesy ponytail he was sporting at the time.

Okay, what about that 150ft of metal Kitty had to go through to get to the second part of the complex underneath Benetech?

She said it has a weird molecular structure and Josh made a deal about it by having it come up across at least 3-4 panels. Where have we heard that? When Jean grabbed the Shi'ar assassination bullet in Graham's run.

Breakworld teaming up with the Shi'ites?

You say Shi'ites, I say Shi'ar...

One's in Iraq, one's on a distant star...

Shi'ites, Shi'ar,

Shi'ar, Shi'ites...

Let's call the whole thing off...

Nice one, cheers.
