Is anybody a little chary of bringing Gek into the sniper situation - I had a little twitch when I read his name being brought into the other thread? Possibly because the situation seems so resonant and bad-vibey, in the same way that the suggestions that magic be used to kill the sniper (because, as has been argued before in the Magick, it's OK to kill somebody you have never met as long as you have heard really bad things about them), rather than blessing the police. And GEK seems to be constructed to be so benevolent - might tying him to a situation so fundamentally icky have sympathetic resonances back into the construction of the servitor?

Funny how there were arrests (whether legit or not) when Gek was invoked (even in passing). I love how this servitor has developed. And I hope ze didn't get too drity in it's first, rather nasty, case.

Wow -- Gek not only helps all of us 'Lithers, but the world at large as well!

I'd also like to thank Gek at this time for the long-awaited job that my father just got -- something myself and my family have been praying for for the past 2 years, practically (one job that seemed like it was the solution didn't work out). And I see Gek and the universe continuing to help me with things I've asked for -- so thanks again, thanks in advance, and thanks again to Impulsivelad for creating this wonderful, helpful servitor!

Funny that you mention St. Anthony, Tower That.... since he's my namesake, I realize every once in a while that I can invoke or ask him for things that I've lost, be they physical items or more emotional/spritual things....

But thanks again GEK!! I'll be offering/consuming more goodies for you in the very near future --

I really want to get this published and be able to support myself comfortably and solely on my writing somehow. Gekky dear...you've really, really come through for me before, and I can't even say how grateful I am to you... this time, there are two things I'd love your help with, if possible...

My nan is sick - cancer again. I'd really, really appreciate it if you could help her out, keep her strong through the chemo, and strong enough to fight the cancer. And if, by any chance, you could give the cancer a good shove out of her system too... I can't even say how grateful I would be. I know it's a big ask...but anything you could do would be so much appreciated.

The other thing is, and it's pretty selfish really, but I'd love to get accepted for the research degree January intake.

Thanks for listening, and for anything you can do. I'll eat some biscuits for you later...
