Just about... I'm having "bad instant coffee" issues, although I just read an article about cars that was so over-written it made me angry enough to wake up a bit.

Is there such a thing as good instant coffe? Are you still thinking of heading to Japan in a few years time? Oh! And I should have my NYC pictures ready tomorrow. I'll put them up next weekend.... remind me.

Ah, yet again, here bcomes the fragrant Mazarine just as I must depart! Ganesh came home with a harem in tow of young lovelies and I'm off to bed to avoid getting taxis for them all or sorting out sleeping arrangemtns. Such is life... Listening to Kate Bush as I go, so it's not all bad.

There may not be such a thing as good instant coffee, but there are definitely different levels of bad.

True... you should bring a coffee press to work... they have travel mugs that double as them even!

...or there's always this:

oooh. I'm not even much into coffee; however, the container/organizer collector inside of me wants it, and NOW.

You have an inner container collector?

Man, I thought I had issues.

There's a strange thrill to be found in organizing things... and lists! I've been keeping a list for 7 years now of every book I've read...

Oddly enough, my apartment is a mess though... books I can organise, papers and clothes I cannot...

Well, Baz, get this- you know my spare/computer room? It's fucking spotless now! A couple of weeks ago mono had some friends over from the States, and I came back to find them all wearing dust masks and climbing over the big mound of beer cans and comics and stuff. They told me to fuck off for a couple of hours, so I did, and when I came back the whole place was tidy and everything was in boxes!
It rocked.

Wow! That's amazing... I remember cleaning out the beer cans every few days.. but the books and furniture and 5 COMPUTER MONITORS! Things in boxes can be so nice...

Stoats, dude, you mean that you actuall had your spare room *decontaminated*? By people in environment suits? Like ET?

Crikey.

Meanwhile, I'm back in from Right-on an dthe Welsh dresser that was visited pon me is looking rather handsome. Must fill it up with crap. Must also take this weekend to sort out my taxes for the last year - at present I have no idea at all how or why or when I have earned what, only that none of it has been taxed. Which means a bathtub o' money that I can't spend or the excisemen will eat me.

It's very late.
I'm feeling sleepy just looking at the lateshift, and could really use some pie.

I got so incredibly lost yesterday. I kept panicking and jumping on buses and crying and asking people who had less idea than I had where West Dulwich Station was, and I took 7 buses and a train in total and was just hugely upset by the whole ordeal. I had no chocolate with me.
However, my day was sweetned by a most adorable australian man leaving me a nice note and number on my pillow. He made me smile.

And Im moving into my room on tuesday, which is exciting and scary!

It's not nearly late enough to be online but anyway..

Holy cow! So, you're a permanent fixture in London now? Hurrah! etc. You've got a room, do you also now have a job or some way of properly occupying your time?

As I type this I'm getting weird deja vu, as if I might have already read your answers to these questions days ago. In which case, ignore me. Or, I might be getting you mixed up with someone else. Or possibly a character in a book.

I have a room in West Dulwich, and *cough* no job yet. I've been offered (twice) til they found out they cant employ under 18s because of machinery for one job, and I think just cause they were wankers at the other.

And yes; Im a permanant fixture and landmark of lahndahn.
Think we had the almost this discussion- I think I might have told you I was looking at a room. Or perhaps Im confusing you with a character in a book.

This house doesn't have a computer. I may never truly lateshift again.

(Makes boggly cartoon eyes) Whhaaaatttt? You simply *must* get a job and buy a computer without delay. Or else get a job like Stoatie’s, one which involves lots of sitting around by a computer all night long. All the best jobs work like this, and you get to see the dawn that way. And the dawn rocks, 9 times out of 10, says I.

Aside from that, though, it’s good news. Go you.

Howdoo folks. just clocking on here. I'm bored, sober, and rather pissed off at everything right now. Would love to be cheered up by something, although i've already come to the conclusion that that's statistically improbable...

And guess what I'm doing now...

Yeah, gb- get a computer or a late night job involving them. That's an ORDER, dammit.

Just think of all the pie you'll miss otherwise...

BUK!!! Sorry to hear aout the time-lag...but I guess you have to expect that, right? Just move to Montreal...Actually, that's my suggestion for everybody.

Actually, i think everyone should move to my house. That way BT would be forced to give me broadband. If the population of my house suddenly reached 4030, they'd have no choice.....
