Well Jack's gone and pied them so maybe they'll put a sock in it.

It's not even weirdness. It's june bug goo.

I had been blissfully unaware of that thread. I wish I still were.

For the record, june bugginess is bad because june bugs are evil, frighteningly large beetles that like to hurls themselves as just about everything. But I could be biased: I had a bad experience.

Oulabelle, if you pack I'll have to go work- don't do that to me. We'll procrstinate together.

I had been blissfully unaware of that thread. I wish I still were.

Yeah sorry. I had to pie it. It'll be gone soon....hopefully.

Barbelithjunebugginess shall henceforth become an adjective for all things slightly stressful and should really be put in the wiki.

But being slightly stressed about wooly French thinkers as opposed to dull packing and moving issues is actually kind of cool, and therefore not stressful due to the interestingness of it.

It did indeed need pie-ing.
Well pied that man!

Thanks Stoatie.

Procrastination is king. I myself am indulging in this pastime of royalty. No-one can leave, for then I too shall have to return to work on dull, Swiss developmental psychologists. Pie is much more interesting.

Gosh, Maz, you always come up with the speediest lateshifts. What do you put in them?

Grey Area
22:23 / 08.03.04
At some point pie was involved, but that's probably more of a by-product than an original ingredient...

Mazarine
22:23 / 08.03.04
Bedhead! Hi! I don't know. I guess my lateshifting clock is just synched to when others feel shifty. That, and due to my influence or that of others, the late shifts I start almost always feature pie.

Junebuggy THWACK.

Mazarine

Grey Area beat me to it.

22:26 / 08.03.04
Jesus Mazarine that thing nearly made me jump!

22:27 / 08.03.04
Well, you just managed to get bak at me for beating you to it with scaring the bejeezus out of me with that picture...dang that's one ugly bug.

The June Bug is the final straw.

BED. No really, BED.

To dream of June bug pie I would imagine. Yum.

I'm still freaked out by the three-headed frog in the Laboratory.

Oh, and good night, olulabelle.

Night olula!

Grey Area
22:36 / 08.03.04
Good night Olula...may swarms of june bugs avoid you in your rest.

Bed Head

I thought she was calling me. I was typing out WHAT? no really WHAT? when the penny dropped. Sometimes my slow typing is a real blessing.

Goodnight Olula!

Sleep well, olulabelle.

And that was my sign that I need to go work.
Good night!

Goodnight, goodnight [/woody guthrie]. So, who’s still here? I saw Gingerbop earlier, is she going to tell us all about her adventures today, this being Monday? Barbelith needs to know.

I'm still here. Check out that other thread now- it's chock full of pie! Another victory for pie!

Eloi Tsabaoth

I'm not a tosser, am I? Wait, don't answer that. I'm just outraged by some bunch of bastards wandering around making old people think they have Alzheimers or huge holes in their pockets.

STOATIE LIEKS CHOCOLATE MILK
22:50 / 08.03.04
No, the coins thing's cool.
Could do with a ittle more pie, though.

Bed Head

Another victory for pie!

Indeed. And Dupree actually proudly utters the phrase ‘witness my large pie’. I’m picturing him with his thumbs in his vest and a fat cigar, like Isambard Kingdom Brunel. With a pie.

Biz - could you rephrase the question? Becuse I didn't understand it the first time, at all. But I am full of port.

Grey Area

'Witness my large pie' is certainly a phrase that doesn't get nearly as much air-time as it should these days.

Eloi Tsabaoth

The plie is impied.

gingerbop
22:54 / 08.03.04
Mad adventures today. Well. Not very mad.

Im slightly more concerned that I now have a ticket to London, and where I intended on staying is apparently booked up. Ummm... eek.

STOATIE LIEKS CHOCOLATE MILK
22:55 / 08.03.04
Evening, gb! Have some pie.

Bed Head
22:56 / 08.03.04
Well, Bop? What's he like?

He'll be lurking on your every word, you know.

Mazarine
22:57 / 08.03.04
Hi GB!

I can just hear the accusations of clique-dom now: Those elitist pie bastards are oppressing us! You bastards! With your pies!

Eloi Tsabaoth
23:00 / 08.03.04
I'd let you stay with me Gingerbop, but I live in the Geology department of the Natural History Museum, sleeping crouched behind a cut-away model of the earth's molten core. I wear whatever I can raid from the Lost Property, and the fossils are my only friends. Except the Trilobites.

STOATIE LIEKS CHOCOLATE MILK
23:03 / 08.03.04
Hear, hear. The Trilobites are fucking evil.
