I think the 'helpless girl' phenomenon is as much the fault of men as it is women. If men didn't always want to be heroes by taking the woman's side, less of this shit would probably occur.
However, if I saw a girl getting kicked in the crotch, I doubt I would stop to ask questions. Punched in the face is less bad in my opinion, no-one should ever kick anyone in the crotch. It's evil. How about grabbing them by the throat instead ("why not chew a stick of gum")? It would really put the frighteners on them, and avoid any more attention than necessary, while still making you feel like a big man. |
