I don't know how much I agree with the theory that Gretchen is actually Sparrow (Grandma Death), living two lives in the same period of time. BUT, I must say, that knowing that theory made watching the film again (last night) very fun. I was looking for little angles that could become connections to that theory.
Of course I was drunk and I can't remember if I FOUND any connections (I'm thinking no), but it was still a cool concept that made me dust of the old DVD.
