I really wouldn't worry. Yeah, when your practice starts to actively affect your perceptual processes it can be scary, but it's all part of the gig.
Look, youre visualising to beat the band, right? You're engaging the visual part of your brain, and telling it to see things that are not "there," in any usual sense of the word; you're bound to start seeing stuff. In a way, that's what's supposed to happen. Congrats! You're doing good.
If you're worried about your vision, there's no harm in visiting your optician and making sure everything's shipshape and Bristol-fashion. |
