thanks for sticking it out tom.
since the thing that makes everyone who's barbelithian love barbelith is the sum total of the culture -- the collection of people that have formed each other into being so awesome -- oughtn't we to talk concretely aboubt diffusing the responsibility? i mean, if there's even still a danger that tom's going to decide he doesn't want to put up with it, but so many people find this place to be home, shouldn't there be some way we can talk about moving it all away from tom's hands and delivering it a bit more fully into the arms of a people who are less likely to drop it? would it make sense to make some serious progress in the collectivizing of barbelith so that one man's frustrations, with all due respect, don't have to spell the end of an entire community? |
