The song that tStuibne is talking about is Cylob's "Rewind (DMX Krew remix)," and they have another song called "Sex Machine" which is pretty much the same thing. They are both fantastic.

Also: if you're going to pick a Radiohead robot-voiced song, you should go for "Kid A," since it is one of their very best songs.

I'll go through what I have and see what I can come up with a little later on. The first thing that comes to mind is Squarepusher's "My Red Hot Car," which features a heavily vocodered voice singing "I'm gonna fuck you with my red hot car." It has a great bassline, too.

Off the top of my head:

There was a song by Electrasy. By the name of "Beautiful/Insane" (or "Insane/Beautiful"), I believe. I'm not too sure if that's the exact title, but it's something along those lines. About robots replacing human beings. You'll know it if you can find it.
I'll see if I can dig it, to check on that title.

Ah, I would have to reccommend Grandaddy's "Jed the Humanoid," about a home-made robot...the only song with the word 'robot' in the title I can think of which hasn't already been mentioned is Bailter Space's "Robot World," but really it doesn't sound sufficiently robotic eenough for inclusion here. Ditto GBV's "Gold Star For Robot Boy". But that's just me.
