Just so you've all got your partying (or drinking - let's face it) shoes ready, here's the news as I know it now:

I'll be leaving the country.
I'll be returning to Australia.
I'll be leaving around the beginning of July.
I'll expect lots of drinking.
It fucking sucks.

That's it, short-form. Nothing more planned than that, other than to say that it'll be a) a Saturday, probably and b) consist, probably, of dim sum and then boozing. And not vice-versa, I'd imagine.

Expect a natty/dodgy graphical invite soon...

but! the BONGO BEACH PARTY i posted about in cherry's thread is still happening on the 22nd. i have people to see in the afternoon, but if the weather's fine, then i'll deffo be outside the national theatre in the evening.... anyone else want to join us for wine and picnic and stuff? it's free (the party, that is; bring your own food and drink).

Right. The ticket's been booked. I fly out on July 9th, which is a Tuesday.

therefore

this shindig's going to be on Saturday the 6th of July. Nothing's firmed yet, but my thoughts are in this order:

1) Dim Sum: probably at the East Ocean? 1ish.
2) Pub. Possibly the PL, 'cos it's big and we can get upstairs. OR, please email me with suggestions.
3) Fall over.
4) More debauchery.
5) *
6) Profit!

Sorry. Carried away. Anyway. How's that sound? PM ideas welcomed... though I have a terrible idea that Garlic and Shots will end up being a late-night entry. Hmm.

As for the marriage suggestion: you found that on eBay, didn't you, Runs? It's already been considered, and, sadly, discarded.
