Nevin's sticking seconded.

So....I was over at the continuum, checking DC's plans for the forthcoming year, and what do I find but this little gem:

'League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

DC description: As the first two sold-out issues of Volume 2 have been collected in a compendium edition and a second printing of has been rushed to press, Alan Moore is starting to think about the next adventure. All we can say is that the League of 1898 was not the first League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.'

Huzzah! I really wanted to hook up w/ Gulliver's League. Going backwards before we go forward........

I just thought he was going to do future Leagues first, is all. Finally confirmation of the order in which the thing's going to be unraveled.

Not sure if it's been previously mentioned, but the Wildstorm preview pages have the covers to issues 4 and 5 up. No interior pics as yet tho.

Not really spoilers, more personal musings that may spoil a suprise you may have seen coming.

*Someone may have mentioned this, and if so I apologise, but seeing as the first League seemed to know that the second one was coming (mention of the volcanoes, the setting up of Griffin's character, the very end) does anyone else get the feeling Moore expected Griffin to go bad, Hyde to fall for Mina (?) and the League have to kill Griffin?

Griffin does not know Hyde can see him (to the point Hyde deliberately said which way are you pointing, after Griffin deliberately only says follow me when they enter Fu Manchu's hideout) so does anyone else see a great suprise for Griffin when Hyde pulls off his head and eats it?

Also considering the set up and the Sundered Veil piece at the back of LOEG1, will we see 3 in which they battle the Elder Gods with the help of Lovecraft characters and they end up in a house with it all going a bit Invisibles Hand of Glory style as Cthulhu comes through the wall and the Elder Gods come back to revenge themsleves after ill advised tabuki smoking? Cos that would be nice.

Oh and further to the invisible al point: I spotted the coach they are travelling in through the village when I reread the book after getting the first issue, and spotting a sealed black coach that goes through the village the narrator's brother is in thought "panel".
