Elijah has just sent in his panels for the second corpse, and the ball has been passed to Todd. Solid_State has the first one.

Corpse 1 - Solid_State, Flyboy, Lentil, Elijah, and Todd.
Corpse 2 - Todd, Solid_State, and Flyboy.

Sorry, Patricky. Like the rest of us, you're just going to have to wait until this round is over. If you're feeling ambitious, you could always start another Corpse. At the very least, I'll join in.

Having not been involved in a comic jam before, i have suddenly realised that the pleasure gained from seeing what comes after your contribution is at least as great as that gained from contributing.

Yee-ha! Did some sketches during lunch today. If only I could draw hands. Or feet. Or bodies. Anyway, I just might make that 2 week deadline.

Q: I believe someone posted a link (or requested a link) to free comic-lettering-style fonts. Can that be reposted, because there is no way in hell I'm lettering my stuff by hand, 'specially cause I'm not sure what I want people to say yet.

Solid_state has sent me his panels, and things are rolling right along.

It was suggested awhile back that those people finishing off a list would bring that first part to some sort of closure. This is entirely optional to those of you left. Think of it as finishing a chapter of a book, but not the book itself. These stories will continue into the next phase.

Eep. I drew my panels with under the assumption from memory that they'd be shrunk down to 5x5 inches. Then I went back and read the thread and realized the correct dimensions are 3x3. Shrunk down to that size, my panels look like utter shit. Color me stupid. They were some fun panels, too. I suppose I will have to redraw them quickly, quickly.

As I mentioned in the Collective Comics Project thread, I've been in a bit of a mess recently that won't be sorted for up to a month from now. I'm really sorry for the delay, and I promise that I'll get the project back on track just as soon as I sort things in my life.

At the very least we WILL make it to the end of phase 1 for both corpses.
